Husseys of Exeter has been operating since 1777 and is one of the longest established firms of chartered surveyors in the country.

Agricultural Services

Our team of rural professionals is knowledgably able to advise and assist clients on all matters relevant to rural property and land, ranging from Landlord and Tenant Right issues to undertaking valuations for a full range of purposes.  We regularly conduct on-farm live and deadstock sales along with Winter Fodder, Spring Grass Keep and Standing Straw Sales.  Our involvement in the Exeter Livestock Centre means that Husseys is able to remain at the heart of all rural issues concerning the South West and the farming community at large.

Residential and Agricultural Property

Husseys Farm and Country property department handle the marketing and letting of a complete range of properties from village cottages to estates, barn conversions to farms, building plots to country houses, bare land to equestrian properties and town houses to small holdings.

The Commercial Division of Husseys provides a professional and independent service in the commercial sectors of the property market throughout the South West region.  The department has considerable expertise in all types of commercial property, including industrial and warehousing, shops and offices, as well as development land.

Exeter Car Auction

Car auctions are held every Monday at 1pm (except bank holidays) and every Wednesday at 5pm.  We have regular entries from local companies, finance houses, local authorities and the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary.  Trade and Private entries are also taken on the day of sale.  For up to the minute entry information please select the link on the auction diary.

Exeter Commercial Auction

Commercial sales are held on the first and third Thursday of each month at 11.00 am.  Two auctions run concurrently, the sale of Commercial Vehicles and Large Plant and the sale of smaller items of Plant, Garden Machinery, Tools and Trade Stocks.  For up to the minute vehicle entry information please select the link on the auction diary.
